Nothings popped up from NRA-ILA that I've seen. Maybe it's something that's slipping under the radar in bills like "Horse Crap Removal Act" or "Tyrannt Act" or something... :dunno:

Yea I read that too, but I'll wait until I read the law when it's passed and find out for myself. I may have signed back up for the NRA, but that's not to say I completely trust them either. They've been wrong in the past.

Anti-Second Amendment ACORN could receive stimulus money

    Thursday, January 29, 2009

As Congress debates the stimulus package, it has been discovered that the current version of the legislation contains money that could go to ACORN, which is involved in voter fraud investigations in many states and which is is opposed to Second Amendment rights.

It appears this is not federal legislation but state by state legislation.
Check out the ammunitionaccountability.org or ammunitionaccountability.com web page:
    Legislation

    For Indiana their link is:
    House Bill 1260
However, the bill they have linked to is for last year's session (2008) and was referred to committee.

The following link is a subject index of this year's (2009) bills and I cannot find any mention of ammunition or encoding.

    2008 bill. DEAD!!!

    Hasn't this been debunked enough???

Sorry, My typing didn't get posted. I didn't see that.

I realize it's dead, but I tried to point out the various guns that were included as "Assault Weapons". More importantly how many were not listed that fall into the category.

I was trying also to ask where the was the "master list" of guns that the Brady's wanted to ban?

    Sorry for the mis-post.

EDIT: I used the link that was previously posted and posted that link again to show my source for the quoted portion. :D Just covering my bases. Here, have some De-Caf! :D J/K

Well, you knew they would have to pay back for all those votes somehow. Don't get me wrong....the Republicans did this to themselves. Now we'll pay the price.

If it has a trigger and it goes bang to make a bullet come out the end with the hole in it... they want to ban it. Oh. Um. Unless a LEO or one of their bodyguards has it. Then it's OK, and the bigger the better. Simple enough? :xmad: :puke:

    Bastards.

LOL simple enough. But let me specify further. :)

I meant the master list that was posted on here in accordance to the Brady Campaign. I'd go search their website but the last time I did that I had to immediately go take a long shower to wash off the dirty feeling. :):

Plus a search of INGO for "Brady, Master, List, Guns, Ban" only resulted in 500 threads. Thanks to peoples Sig Lines, threads such as Post Pics of your Ride and WTS/WTT and such came up along with every other thread for the last couple months.... LOL

Heard about a week ago that they would get about $4 million.
