What gets me is, if a police officer has GENUINE probable cause to believe you've committed a crime, why do they have to ask your permission to search your car?

Man...I am heavily involved in a full contact medieval-style combat sport, and the friggin disc golfers at the same park we use have the balls to make fun of us. It cracks me up.
