WTT: DM Stripped Lower for .22 Rifle

I have a stripped DM lower, but I decided I'd rather get another .22 rifle for Appleseed. These are marked multi-cal, and do not have the DM logo on them.

I'm thinking something like a used 795...I would prefer a semi-auto with tech sights, but would be willing to take offers on other setups. Let me know what you have. I can also add cash if needed. Prefer to make the deal around Lafayette, but willing to travel for the right deal.
