I treat them with care, clean them, let them out to play, feed them and have a few pics of them on my Iphone but still no names.

I have too many and I would only forget their names. Or call them by the wrong name and next time out shooting they would get even by jamming on me. They get hurt easily. Sure getting expensive to feed them nowadays so sometimes they go hungry. When they ask me why I can't feed them....What can I say?..........DEMOCRATS !
If I gave them names....the next thing they would want is an allowance!

Yes, all of my rifles are named "rifle". All of my handguns are named "pistol" or "revolver" or just, "handgun". My shotguns all are all named "shotgun".

I guess I'm not too with it.....

Yes I do name all my rifles or should say they will all be named. Most are some name that begins with the same letter of their manufacturer or model or some variation.

My shotguns on other hand are just named for their use, Turkey gun, deer gun, squirrel, rabbit, etc..

And my handguns, I just refer to them by a combo of model and caliber.

And yes my rifles are just like my ladies, I have my favorites and spend more time with some more than others!(No not that way either);)

There's no way I could remember all the names if I had to name them all, but I do have an M14 named "Betsy" and a Russian Dragunov named "Sasha".

I honestly don't know how many rifles I have. But I have one 6.5 Grendel that is yellow and black. We call it the bumble bee rifle. Not sure that is an official name for it, but I guess that counts.

I also have a purple rifle that I would say has been officially named. That one is called BARNEY after the very annoying purple dinosaur.
