Last winter i started to mod my all stock 10/22 squirrel rifle for accuracy and to make a supressor host. Starting out, i said all i was going to do was drop in a barrel, stock and slight trigger mods.
Well, now a few months later, i'm running out of things to do on it and am really thinking of building an all-out custom. I need another rimfire like i need a hole in the head but the "want" is strong!
How many of you also started out like me in that you were perfectly happy with yours in stock form untill you bought that first part and couldnt stop after that? It's a fun addiction! Here's a before and after pic...
Stock
Now add a HDD Barrel, hogue om stock, PC hammer, sear, springs, extractor, firing pin, scope base, ect..., receiver polish job and the old "jb weld" sear to disconnect slop fix and the only stock part left in the gun is the bolt...
