could be called something else. It appears when some food companies started using cricket flour to add protein to their products people got all icky so they started using scientific names to "hide" the ingredient in plain sight.

There ain't no accountin' for taste.
If that picture is supposed to make it look good, I don't know what to tell you.
I'm not against eating some processed foods but to give mcdonald's actual money for floor sweepings and pink slime is a hard no.

Seems like it’s just a pork burger formed into the shape of ribs, and doesn’t look like there’s any actual rib meat in them.

Anyone remember Zebs BBQ back in the 70s 80s. And the Mambo sauce. In the hood but it was good. And some of the friendliest people.

I'd rather just go to City BBQ or Smokey Bones for my ribs if it's not practical to smoke my own.

What other BBQ joints are the INGO favorites around Indy? I really miss G.T. South's at 71st & Binford since they went out of business due to not paying taxes for 10 years (the reason I heard they closed). They were hands down the best around the northside for years.
