My great x 3 grandfather (or so, if I remember correctly) was actually killed when his dog shot him. In the dogs defense though, my ancestor was climbing off of his horse and the dog tried to jump on his lap. He was carrying a long gun at the time and the dog's back foot caught a claw in the trigger guard. He died a few hours later...

Reportedly, his wife took great care of the dog afterwards and spoiled him endlessly...

I like how the title says 9mm, but the story says .380...

That's what he gets for having an exposed firearm. If he had been CC'ing, this would have never happened!

Also proves that a .380 will penetrate more than paper. ;)

It's because the own didn't even know what caliber it was! :n00b: There's another report floating out there that states the driver thought it was an unloaded .380 and it turned out to be a loaded 9mm.

Dog Shoots man with mans gun!!

Of course the dog used the man's gun. If the dog used his own gun, he woulda had to clean it.
