A good friend of the family got addicted to pain pills years ago and went through a facility for treatment. He is now 5 years clean and wants to get his carry permit. Not sure if he would be able. Anyone have knowledge on this?

    Thanks!

No trouble with the law at all, not even a speeding ticket. Knew he had a problem and admitted himself. Sounds like he should be good to go then.
