LOL! I read that banks will not accept deposits from the pot stores because the feds still consider it an illegal substance. If that's the case, I would think the federal government would not allow the purchase with foodstamps no matter what Colorado law states.

That's funny. After my road trip to CO last week, and the subsequent visits from everyone I ever met in high school and college, the bank was more than happy to accept the PILE of money I deposited. Hmmm...

I guess thats why illinois had to make sure all the atm's is bars,strip clubs and adult bookstores could not accept ebt cards for cash withdrawls cause it was against federal law. Hmmumf go figure
