For the first time, I had a eFile Form 1 disapproved after 118 days of waiting. This Form 1 was for my first SBS, so I am pretty disappointed. However, the mistake was entirely my fault.

I forgot to say" FOR ALL LEGAL PURPOSES" in the "Why You Intend To Make Firearm" box. Gosh Darn Darn Darn.

So....what do I do now? Complete and submit an entirely new eFile Form 1? Resubmit the original? Call ATF and plead my case?

HELP! My 870 Wingmaster is just DYING to be cut down.

Yep. Re-file with correct info, email Ted.

I had had one was denied, Ted was able to have it approved on the same day.

Only down own side is you have to pay for it again and wait for your refund on the denied one. It may take few weeks for the refund to show up on your credit card account.

Dito the above. Except when I emailed Ted, I had an approved form in my email within an hour or two. I must have caught him at just the right time.

As others have said, Ted should be able to help you out. I had something similar happen about a year ago, and I think within the next day or two after refiling it was approved and I had the form/stamp back.
