    NW Elkhart Co.
And the Kendallville show was on the same weekend as Ft Wayne.
The Allen Co Fairgrounds show is Sunday too.
The first weekend of Nov and the last weekend of Dec have both the Ft Wayne 500 and the CPI Shipshewana show going on,

Never been to this one, how is it compared to the one they have in Fort Wayne at K's? And also is the beef jerky guy from Michigan going to be there?

The promoters must think that us northerners think the Indy 1500 is too far for us.

I question the timing of these shows up here lately. The Shipshe show the same weekend as the South Bned show. This Elkhart one on the 1500 weekend.

From what I hear the promoter of the Gunslinger shows has a running feud with the promoter of CPI Shows as well as the promoter of CIG shows.

I also hear that some of the locals in Shipshe are p***ed because they don't want TWO gun shows in their town.

shipshe? shipshewana? if so i didnt think anyone actually lived in that town, i thought it was just a place where old ladies go to buy over priced stuff "made" by the amish ?

Did anyone go? Was it worthwhile?
I went Sat afternoon about 1:30 or so.
It wasn't a great show... noticed alot of junk there to take up space, like perfume and deoderant, super glue and that kind of stuff.
It was only in the one large room and I think they struggled to fill it.
Went looking for a holster for my Mk 25 cause I had seen a guy at Shipshe and Howe with a couple of 226 holsters that I thought might work well.
So this time I decided to take it along to be sure.
    He wasn't there... of course.
    So that was a disappointment.
Total purchases for the were as follows:
2X20 round boxes of Win .223 64 gr. PSP ammo
1X50 round box of Win 9mm 147 gr. Ranger HP ammo
    1 50 cal ammo can
and 100 ft of 550 paracord woodland camo
(Been trying to buy something from the mora knife guy every time I see him, he seems like a good guy and I want to see his business grow.)
Total time there: maybe 1 hr and 15 minutes.
So, was it worthwhile? Not really for me.
I think Nappanee will be a better show, always is.
