The results of being hit by one of these is almost unbearable. Everyone is allergic and will not be returning for further altercation. Well, the pepper spray will f them up right now, and the sumac will make them regret it in a day or two. Throw some tuberculosis bacteria in the mix, and you've got the total package!

Cheapest I can find bulk of just the pepper ingredient is $365 a kilo. My guess is the feds gonna give you a debadged fire extinguisher that is plain while they do a demo of with one that has pepper spray in it.

Hmmm... for urushiol to work you have to be allergic to it beforehand. Not allergic = no effect. Lots of people are not susceptible.

About a third of people, but even those can have a reaction with a massive dose. Most reactive people will have a skin reaction with as little as a thousandth of an ounce. Direct inhalation of many orders of magnitude would likely get a reaction from most people.
