Has anyone else seen the group of F-18's flying around the city this past week?
We saw three of them last Saturday coming in for a landing @ Indpls Int'l, when we were on our way to the Stout Field gun show. It's been everyday this week around 0900 that the same three come blasting out of nowhere heading to the airport... I wonder if there is some type of training @ Atterbury (or in the state) this week, that keeps them flying around the city?
This morning these boys were flat out moving, afterburners a glow too! I was out having my morning Coke and smoke when they buzzed the property. I'm not sure of their altitude, but the ground was shaking they were so close!
Always awesome to see our military's finest jets in action, and damned glad these machines and pilots are on our side
