    I used to practice quick draws with my Super Blackhawk 7 1/2 in barrel in the 80's and early 90's. I was pretty fast, but not that fast. I would tie the holster down, and outdraw the outlaw Josey Wales. Maybe I would have been faster if I would have done the "I'm getting ready to take a poop stance." :laugh: I did stand with my right leg out slightly, but never touched the gun until I was ready to draw. After awhile that hammer just comes right back without thinking. I think that is why when I carry a Hi-Power the safety comes off so easy when I draw. :):
