    What is everyone using?

We have the walker razr muffs but they get in the way when shotgunning. What is everyone’s favorite ear bud style? The foamies are always falling out and cannot hear instruction well.
OK. I jumped in the earbud game and bought the Axil XCOR’s. Had high hopes as they fit nicely in the ear and had zero interference with AR stock. Used them with Bluetooth at the gym and while mowing the lawn. Those functions worked well.

Unfortunately, the cons developed when I went to the range on Wednesday afternoon. Shot/noise suppression was not nearly as good as my electronic muffs and the sound enhancement was very poor. Had trouble hearing range commands and talking comfortably with other shooters.

Oh well, returned XCOR’s with no questions asked and back to the earmuffs.

I own Sordins and Ops Core Amps with the NFMI buds, and also own some Otto Noizebarrier Micros. If shooting outside, in the open, the Micros are awesome. Shooting inside, not so much. The sound quality on the Amps is next level. None of the above are cheap.
