OMG...Please move this drivel to another forum. I come here for intelligent conversation or at least something that resembles it. This is the General Firearms forum, not the "I'm a dumb, uneducated government hating redneck forum".

At least this is funny, unlike the garden variety "dumb, uneducated government hating redneck" posts I see everyday.

Lol. Sure. But go start your consulting business. Teach them all about gunfights and capturing armed and dangerous criminals. They definitely need a big brain to help them out.

Lmao, why you ask how many gun fights he has been in, and when he answers, you say sure. Your aware we have been at war sine 01 right. Anyone in these forums having gun fights under their belt is not hard to believe.

Read my post again. I never asked him how many gunfights he's been in. I said I'm sure he's been in lots of them, and knows all about it.

    To All,

Location: Camp Pendelton, California. Date: sometime during Reagans 2nd term.

The following is a true story. These events really occurred. No names have been changed.

So, three marines come home to their squadbay one evening after going on what would today be called a bender.

One marine of Mexican heritage goes
to sit in the head, drunk and naked.

Marines two & three go to bed.

Marine #2 pukes on marine #3, who starts crying.

Fast forward: we, their fellow squadmates, take care of marines #2 & #3 and start putting them back to bed.

The extremely drunk, very naked Mexican jarhead walks out of the head, looks at us, smiles and turns the corner. This in a lighted hallway of a squadbay.

Can you guess who was sent after him?:dunno::rolleyes:

Yep... With less than a 15 second head start I lost a post binge, drunk, naked marine. He turned the corner and vanished like a fart in the wind.:(

Three hours later 2 MP's show up with a marine, a blanket and the simple question, "Is this yours?"

We thanked them for the return of our fellow marine and put him to bed.

As far as firewatch, the guards, and the company CO's response?

    That for another day...

I do not fault the FBI at all for loosing a wildman in the middle of the night. But that's just me.

    Regards,

    Doug

PS - There is more to this story. But isn't there always more to every story?

I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy. I even have a pair of PJ's that are stamped "I LUV BIGFOOT". But all these threads about the Boston Bombing are getting old. How about we just let this one slide and celebrate that although a horrible thing happened the bad guys were stopped? Can't we count just one victory over the bad guys and let it be?

    So here it is.
If you believe the FBI line then you are calling them total morons for allowing one 19 year old to get away when they had all the tools to see that he did not. IR in the sky and free and open streets, and lets not forget aircraft to follow him.

If you believe the FBI is better than this and I believe this, than someone is lying.

You little brains that attack me for posting should be ashamed. If you think I care one rats ass hair what you say about me, you are dumber than that rat's ass hair. Just saying!

I opened a conversation. If you want to follow the string and enter into a conversation I wellcome it.

Didn't I meet you once at a mensa convention?

Will the truth bring back one person that lost their life from the cowardly acts of all those involved? No it won't. The opinion of the OP is his. I don't agree with it it is still his opinion. The verbal attacks from other posters are only feeding this worthless thread and and allowing you to be sucked in to lowering your standards of taking part in an informative thread. I hope this is the last post on this thread, but I'm sure it won't because just like the media people have to convince others that they know what really happened. "No matter what happens there will always be someone nearby that knew it was going to happen"

Think about this for 2 seconds and you will know the FBI is telling a lie.
    1. Older brother ran over and killed by his brother.
    2. Somehow the younger brother gets away from the police, FBI and Homeland Security. Ya Right!

Write Congress and demand the truth.

Here is my letter to Congress.

    "Sir,
We The People as I am sure you, are getting very tired and angry of getting lied to by our Federal Government!

When was the last time you heard of a suspect getting away from a fire fight with the FBI, Homeland Security, Local LEO, and State LEO. Now add in the fact that Boston was in lock down.

We are being told the younger of the two brothers (Boston Bombing Suspects) was involved in gun battle, then ran over his brother with a SUV and then got away. There is no way this could happen and the FBI is stupid to think such a fabricated story will be excepted.

Sir, you know this is a lie!
We The People know this is a lie!

So when are you going to give us the truth about the Boston Bombings?
We The People Demand The Truth!

    John Brian Dempster

Here's the thing I don't understand about all this conspiracy stuff.

It seems like you already have a "truth" in mind. Let's say, for the sake of argument, that the story that's been told is exactly the way it happened. What sort of empirical evidence is there that could convince you of that?

If someone came out and told the entire truth, complete with photographic evidence, would you actually believe it if it was anything that doesn't match what you already think happened?

I'm genuinely interested to know. Reaching a conclusion without evidence is just backward. This isn't to say that everything the public is told is the plain and unadulterated truth. It is, however, to say that there isn't enough evidence for anything for a rational mind to reach any sort of a conclusion as to what the reality is.
