Federal HST?

Recently in another thread it was asked which ammo was best for self defense.
I suggested it was a personal decision, but I chose the Federal HST.

I just ran across this link about recent comparisons. Hope it helps answer some questions. Here

This is what I am going to be switching to. I just need to decide on which weight I want. From what I can tell they are very consistent on their expansion and penetration.

I carry one of my Commanders or my LB C7, so it's .45 230gr for me.
