Does anyone know if I would need to declare a store front address in order to obtain an FFL (standard firearms dealer) in Union County?

BATFE does not require you to have a store front to obtain an FFL. They are primarily interested in your background, your compliance with local zoning restrictions and your plans to operate and use the FFL for a "for profit" business and not as a means to add to your personal collection.
