FFL to buy Mosin

I know Karl is out right now and I don't have my C&R. I want to buy a couple Mosin's from AIM or SOG. I can call my old FFL but they are pretty busy.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked out the selection at Bradis guns? Last time I was there they had quite a few mosins for about $100 each. Some of them had really nice wood too.

To my knowledge, you have to have an FFL or C&R to have those rifles transferred to you.

To order them directly from AIM or SOG, they have to go through a FFL dealer or you have to have a C&R, yes. However, most likely any gun store will agree to receive them and transfer them to you for a fee. As a C&R holder, I am cautioned that I cannot engage in the business of dealing in firearms. I therefore advise anyone interested in rifles like this or handguns like the 1895 Nagant revolver to get their own C&R-at $30/3yrs, you can't beat it.

Also... I believe Karl recently said he was reopening the Bunker.

Yes, I also seem to remember Karl being re-open. He has been posting recently and even put that deal on Spike's Lowers up and said to contact him.
