Has anyone had any success in finding a 20" barrel kit for a A2 build? I have been waiting for the Del-ton's kit but it has been 2 years. Bushmaster has a kit but I heard that they are estimating a Nov 2013 delivery. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you just looking for a barrel or a whole upper assembly? Fulton Armory shows several 20" barrels in stock albeit none are A2 profiles. I think you will be hard pressed to find much right now .. everything is disappearing.

White Oak Armament ... the link is for barrels only but you might find the rest of what you need elsewhere on the website. Good luck with your search.

ADDED ... sorry, just noticed you were looking for an A2 profile.

In these times, you may be forced to go down to the component level. If you do that, no doubt it will cost more. It seems that it shouldn't, but it often does. Now you have to consider what is the limit on the project budget (I hit this all the time).

Once you've gotten past that, maybe these folks can solve your barrel issue in a reasonable amount of time. http://http://www.kriegerbarrels.com/

It would shoot better groups than any standard A2 could hope to. :D
