They had Washington west blocked off for firetruck access and the firetrucks were driving down the wrong side to stay out of traffic.

I heard it was a FEMA camp. I'm too lazy to apply purple on my phone. Hope everyone down there stays safe.

WTHR said some trucks from Putnam county and Fishers had come down to help. HUUUGE blaze. They said some tires are in the warehouse, so this one will burn a while.

The smoke trail from this fire was pretty impressive. I was at work near I-70 & Shadeland and saw the "cloud." I thought it was a rain cloud. Twenty minutes later I saw it again and it hadn't moved so I got online and found out about the fire.

Yeah, it's a pallet/tire warehouse at 202 S Belmont St. I'm keeping a pretty close eye on this because my mother-in-law lives less than half a mile from it.

That is just a couple of blocks from mindset labs. wonder if they have a class that is effected by it?

It's VERY close to the Mindset Lab warehouse. I just flew back into town today and had no classes scheduled this weekend. They definitely would have been impacted.

I was out in Whiteland today doing EVOC and snapped a picture of it. I was unsure what it was until I saw it on the news, then I thought to myself, "That's a hell of a fire."

I got paged out to help with evacuation. I'll put some photos up tomorrow, too tired to get them off my phone tonight.

It was a huge, and stinky, fire.

I saw it from the Mariott at 21st and Shadeland. Amazing what the size does to your depth perception. At several points along 70 it appeared to be on the east side as I saw it out various windows as the highway changed direction.

I got stuck in the construction traffic on 70WB once I cleared the south split. Ended up bailing at Harding. The flames were crazy, and you could see them from the interstate over the trees.

As I made my way south on Kentucky thats all I saw in the rear view.

It was VERY noticeable from Heartland crossing Meijer.

I thought the same thing and just now put 2 and 2 together. didn't even know about the fire until an hour or more after I thought it was going to rain
