Fishing on Lake Barkley?

Anyone been to Barkley recently? Are the bass/crappie turning on? I'm planning on going Good Friday and I was just wondering if anyone's catching fish yet or if it's still too early. I went to Patoka last weekend and that was a waste.

I haven't been to barkley this year but it should be real close... my dad lives 10 min from the lake he will call when they start hitting real good... It should be any day now.
