For Rent during the winter months Dec, Jan, Feb $1000 per month. My property manager informed me I have to charge Florida State Tax and Florida Bed Tax in addition to rental amount. This is a gated GULF FRONT condominium complex with 24 hour a security staff, onsite maintenance staff, free local phone, cable TV, high speed WI-FI internet, free parking for two cars, all utilities included. 2 outdoor pools, one heated, two outside hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, exercise facilities, indoor sauna, onsite restaurant March through September, one snack bar and small beach store, pool deck Tiki Bar, rental beach chairs not included but I do have nice beach chairs and an umbrella in the owner’s closet for a monthly renter. My condo is locally managed by a caring lady who manages 20 other units @ the Summit.
