    I have to hand it to the defense attorney for his way of handling it. My response would not have been so eloquent and tongue in cheek.

    How does one derive the title "General" from "Assistant Attorney General?" One would think that the ability to parse terms correctly would be a prerequisite for lawyerin' . . .

    That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you point out stupidity.

    I would go through every hurdle to become a defense attorney if I could put "Captain Justice, Def. of Realm, and Defender of the Innocent, RockofStrength" on my business cards.
