G29 COMPLETE SLIDE OR CONVERSION

I am toying with the idea of buying a 29 slide for my G30 instead of buying a the whole G29, but my google fu is failing me. How do you go about getting a factory complete upper for a Glock? I found Lone Wolf slides, but not for the 29. If I do just a conversion, do I just need the barrel and spring and mags or do I need to switch extractor too? Any help would be much appreciated, I have always just bought a complete gun before

thanks for the help, doesn't seem very cost effective to go that route. Looks wiser to just find a used G29

Glockmeister used to carry slides. Maybe glockparts.com also.

No it doesn't. It's funny that you posted about a slide conversion, I had just looked this up about 3 days ago.

You could always try a Storm Lake conversion barrel for the G30 to convert it to 10mm. I'm planning on doing that for my G21 eventually. The model you want would be GL-30-10MMC-378.
