GF went to do finger prints this morning. Unexpected charge?

    She took her $75 money order into the Warren County sheriff's office to do her finger printing, and they told her she also had to pay the county $50 via cash or check. She got a receipt. This was a fee that I don't remember paying when I did mine a few years back. Is the the norm now?

    Yup that's normal. I believe I gave $75 to the state and $50 to county, got my life time 2 years ago.

    I though this was a thread about someone going in to get fingerprinted and the officials found a criminal charge on their records. I'm glad that wasn't the case. :yesway:

    I've read on the internet if you have been illegally charged you should remain silent and contact a lawyer. :):

    I just got my 2 girls their licenses and it was $89.95/ea for the fingerprinting (L1 + State fee), and $50/ea for the county fee...I'm broke now, but my daughters will have their licenses.

    That seems like alot for finger printing!
