A comfortable holster! That would be the first accessory I would get. As stated before, an uncomfortable holster sucks. After that, night sights. And get some good ones. Don't go cheap. The third thing I'd get is extra mags. You can't go wrong with extra mags.

The type of belt you carry with makes or break any holster.

I purchased the Gen 3 because I was told it was a better "spring" setup and easier to clean. Never owned a Gen 4.
