I have been thinking of getting a Glock 19. I was wondering what everyone thought of it.

It's my next purchase. Glock 19 with Trij night sites, picked up my carry holster today, now to spend the rest of the moneys.

What are you planning on doing with this Glock 19? Range gun, Carry gun, Sit in a case gun?

Do it now, one of the best guns on the planet. Good range gun, easy to conceal, cheap to shoot, reliable, sexy(IMO), downright sweet

Good gun. Lots of pros to it including lightweight, reliable, economical, fun to shoot, easy to conceal.

If it fits you and you are proficient with it, then go for it. Some people will complain about grip angle and it's not for everyone. So, if it fits, get it.

Arguably, it is probably one of the most well rounded handguns you can purchase.

The Glock fan-boys (me) will tell you to get one.

The Glock haters will tell you there are better options.

Chances are you will not be disappointed.

The G19 is the ONLY gun I have that shows any real wear on it. It goes everywhere with me and never lets me down. I have used it through two classes with over 3k rounds in three days. Total round count is about 7k rounds. I added night sights, Ghost trigger 3.5 lbs, ext slide release. Get it!

There is a reason the G19 one of the most popular guns in the US.
It was my first purchase and I am not disappointed. I am decidedly impressed with the Glocks engineering when compared to some of my more recent purchases.
