Definitely go with the CompTac MTac for IWB set up. All day comfort.
For OWB I like the Blackhawk Serpa.

Comfortable and holds my G23 snug to my body. Perfect choice for OWB carry. Fits my Walther PPS as well.

I use a comptac mtac for my 23. I'm interested in trying a rémora. Anyone running a 23/19 in a rémora? I have a rémora holster for a subcompact sig and I love it. Curious about how it works with a heavier gun.

+1 on the Minotaur MTAC, that's what I have for my 23.

Still carry in an older CompTac ctac on a daily basis...many miles and still does work

I have a Galco Royal Guard that is usually what I carry, but I also have a Combat Master that sees carry occasionally.
