I left work early today and took a little gun shop tour of the West and South sides. I stopped at PSS, Bradis, and BGFR. I'm looking for a Glock 23, but the lonely Glock in the case at all three spots (with the exception of BGFR, which had a 22 in the case as well) was the Glock 29. I know 10mm isn't that popular due to its cost and lack of availability, but I also imagine it's a jumpy little dude. My 27 was a snappy firearm, and I can only imagine how a subcompact loaded with hot 10mm would handle.

I had a glock 26 and it was snappier and overall harder to shoot than my G29. I really enjoy the 29. Its just a hair bigger than the 26 but just right for EDC.

    I do have a 29SF technically.

I picked up a G29sf back in January (sounds so long ago now) and love the thing. It's not harsh to shoot at all. Well, maybe a bit with Underwood 180g 1300fps, but with Hornady XTPs in either 180g or 155g, it's about the same as any of my 45s. Had I bought that one first, I probably would not have bought my G20sf.

I owned a G29 for several years. I thought it actually shoot better than my G20. It was a fun and accurate gun. My favorite Glock, before I sold them all, was the G33. Man that was fun to shoot, accurate and easy to carry. Just decided to get off the G gun wagon train.
