Im more of a rifle guy but I have a glock 30 that I cant seem to get the rear sights right. I know its not the best glock to own but I got a helluva deal on it so i couldnt pass it up.

Any suggestions on what to do or what kind of new ones to buy? ( has to be pretty affordable, I dont really want to dump a lot of money into it )

    Thanks guys

btw i bought one of those cheap 30 rd magazines to try it out, terrible :noway: dont waste your money

Where are you placing the shots and at what distance?

And the Glock 30 is a great gun. Its one of my favorites.

Does it have night sights now? If you're going to replace them, I'd check out the Meprolights.

Although the Novak night sights look really interesting as well, but I've never tried them.

Not getting them "zeroed in" is probably just more practice needed honestly, in my experience. And for home defense, I just got some TruGlo TFO's installed on my G19 and so far I really like them, Nice and bright!

There's a chart somewhere that shows what "could" be causing your problem but alot of the time is has to do with your grip and trigger control.

25 yards is a pretty far distance to be shooting a new to you pistol. Try cutting the distance down to about 10-12 yards to start. After you get consistant then start increasing your distance.

Have to agree with the above comments. The G30 has been one of the best pistols - especially from Glock. It is also very accurate.

I guess I just assumed it wasnt very popular because i dont see a lot of people with them. I see a lot of g19s and g21s. Good to know though, just wish it had a rail on the frame.

Do you guys know if those slide rail lasers are worth it?
