Anyone find a good deal at the Tipton Show today?

Man, I was going to go==Looked out this AM (Hancock County), and thought-Nooo, I'm not driving to Northern Hamilton County just to walk around. Hope I didn't miss any deals?? Bill.

Walked around for awhile, talked to many people, and shook my head at the prices. Almost everything was priced way high at this one. I saw 3 Colt delta elites (and was told by each vender how rare they are) and each one was between $1300 and $1400. The only thing that I did get was a membership to the Elwood Conservation Club.

I found that my guns are evidently worth much more than I thought they were. Those were some very high prices this show. Bought a rear sight for an AR and left.

I made a couple of good trades and went home with a .410 Mossberg Silver Reserve and a Colt Challenger. A 6" Colt Trooper in .357 wanted to follow me home, but it's owner was a little too proud of what he had for me to buy.

Saw a few good deals, but prices were very high overall.

I also was very disappointed in the near total absence of powder and primers at this show.

I picked up a like new Ceiner 1911A1 conversion unit with an extra mag for a good price but most guns were on the high side. ZX from Goshen had a big selection with some decent prices.
