    Even in today's crisis, the pawn shops and ebay are full of tangibles that people thought would be a good investment but ended up selling at a loss to pay bills.
    In most cases that's because they put #3 in front of numbers 1 & 2 in the priority list I mentioned... I like to prepare for the most common, most likely situations first...
