Great deal on a good bike

I just bought a 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan nomad 1500. From a friends nephew for $1500. It runs well and has high miles. But the deal was to good to pass up. He needed the $$$$ to buy a house so I looked at it test rode and brought it home. Im happy and cant wait till next riding season. What do ya all think.

Great buy....just FYI ...Check the steering neck bearing...notorious for going bad on high mile vulcans.

Nice buy! At least it appears to be. If it was well maintained, the mileage(whatever it is) should be okay depending on how much you ride it.

Mine has 100,000 on it and on the test ride and the ride home it ran great. Anymore its how their maintained miles dont mean much. I had 2 ford tauruses and both had close to 300,000 before I got rid of them.
