I just bought a 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan nomad 1500. From a friends nephew for $1500. It runs well and has high miles. But the deal was to good to pass up. He needed the $$$$ to buy a house so I looked at it test rode and brought it home. Im happy and cant wait till next riding season. What do ya all think. 1026105530_05.jpg

Nice buy! At least it appears to be. If it was well maintained, the mileage(whatever it is) should be okay depending on how much you ride it.

Nice. We should still have some more nice riding days ahead. Ride it while you can.

nice bike. great price. what do you call high miles? my last honda (shadow 1100) had 123,000 on it when i got hit and it was totaled, otherwise it purred like a kitten still

Mine has 100,000 on it and on the test ride and the ride home it ran great. Anymore its how their maintained miles dont mean much. I had 2 ford tauruses and both had close to 300,000 before I got rid of them.
