Typical "rent a riot" mob. Maybe, just maybe if they were AT WORK earning money TO SUPPORT THEMSELVES, they would have no reason to riot about their handouts being cut off.:dunno: Just me maybe.

We will begin to see the same thing here when the entitlement tit runs totally dry. IMO Scarey stuff.

Just wait until our government tells the people that it doesn't have enough money to continue _______________ (fill in the blank with your favorite "entitlement").

My favorite pictures/video of a Greek "rent a riot" mob has to be the video footage of the many many firemen in uniform clashing with the police. The firemen wanted to work though, at least I assume that's why some of them were setting fires during the protest. Lazy bastards.

    Yeah, that^.
And from the captions of the photos, the "ministry of Finance" building sounds like something straight out of 1984.

It would be very hard for me to avoid putting an end to riots like these if I was in charge. Vote expat for fascist dictator in charge :D

I don't know if this type of stuff will spread to here or not, and who will be doing the rioting? Anarchists that seem to be the driving force in a lot of these actions (not saying that is the case with the Greek riots), people on some sort of draw that get cut off, college students who think I owe them a free education, old people when it becomes clear that SS has already circled the bowl a couple of times and is now gone, gun owners that want to keep their guns....

The dummies just do not seem to understand what has happened to them to cause the austerity measures to be implemented. At least their president is not as stupid or possibly as criminal as ours to keep promising to tax the rich to make sure that they keep geting their large retirement checks, young retirement and tons of vacation days. Our idiot and probably criminal elected leaders need to really pitch in to our mess by cutting into their own guaranteed retirements and health care plans so that they can share the pain that they are trying to force upon us. I have not heard of one of them even proposing to do such a thing. Even that pervert Weiner will get a large pension check for his short time in the house of reps. They sure do take care of their own.

I hope this comes to Indy... Man it would be neat ...

Really??? There is nothing "neat" about riots. They are dirty, dangerous messes where real people get hurt/killed. I would not wish that upon anyone. If you wouldn't want it in your neighborhood then don't wish it on mine.

    WTF?

    Facists fighting socialists and communists.

Hard to pick a winner in this fight.

Let's just call them all losers.

    ^^Pretty much sums it up.

I love how when people are upset at Govt about things that will directly effect them, they go around destroying their own cities and their neighbors businesses, therefore helping themselves, their neighbors, and their city. *purple*

America in a few years? Except that those riots would be far more widespread (Chicago, NYC, Crazyfornia, most of the east coast major population centers).

Look at all the garbage everywhere. I remember seeing the end of a protest against these ridiculous taxes run by the Tea Party: they cleaned up everything. I don't necessarily agree with everything they stand for, but the difference in mentality is striking.

I would like to believe he was being sarcastic but given past posts, you are probably right that he meant what he said.
