How interesting that countries that have banned or strictly controlled handguns have a growing problem with handgun violence. Australia and Great Briton are two countries that have put gun control laws into place to supposedly protect their subjects. What they get instead is a more brazen class of criminal that has a veritable smorgasbord of soft targets.

All of this sounds eerily similar to what is happening in "gun ban" cities here in the United States. Cities like New York and Chicago have the highest gun crime rates even though they have instituted gun bans.

Gun control isn't about guns, it's about control.

It is interesting, but predictable. No decent man can defend his family from the thugs. Its a failed concept.

In Britain, it's not just the gun control that's causing the more brazen criminal. It's also the legal system that prosecutes the person who defended himself instead of prosecuting the aggressor. When the criminal knows he can do whatever he wants without repercussion, that's when they become bold.

It's almost to the point that a homeowner will be sued for NOT assisting the burgler during the robbery.

Heaven help the home owner if the burgler slips and falls while carrying out the Big Screen TV. Lawyers then get involved.... and they ain't representing the home owner!!!
