Can anyone recommend a gunsmith in or near Jeffersonville?

I'd like to have night sights installed on a G26.

I was going to ask the same question, but I'm looking for recommendations on a good gunsmith in the Jackson, Washington, Lawrence, Monroe, or Bartholomew County. I would be willing to go further if someone recommends an individual who specializes in antique guns. I have an old Colt D.A. 38 with a loose cylinder.

That's a pretty simple thing to do. It doesn't really require the skill of a gunsmith. Any shop that works on guns at all should be able to do it for you. I'd settle on the brand of sights you want and call around and see who carries them or will order them and buy them through the shop. They should install them for free or a minor charge. Sometimes at the larger gun shows there are folks who will sell you the sights and install them while you wait. Give these folks a call: HiTEK Firearms and Training

Yeah, guys at Kiesler's are doing night sights installed for $99 on Glocks, Sigs and HK's.
I live in Washington Co. also. The only actual gunsmiths I know are Mike Miskell in North Vernon and Jim Hiner, down by Corydon/New Albany. I have taken guns to Firearms Service Center in Lousville before, on Bardstown Rd. for sight work and parts fitting.
