Hancock county people help me find the code

I have been told that there is a hancock county ordinance that prohibits the discharge of firearms w/in 300 feet of a structure... I cannot find that code... can anyone help shed some light on this?

§ 130.01 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED.

(A) Outside the corporate limits of cities or towns, no person, other than a law enforcement officer, shall discharge a firearm or pellet gun within 300 feet of a residence, except when the discharge is permitted by law in the prevention of a crime or the apprehension of a criminal.

(B) Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be fined.

While you are on it, the same person is telling me that if I put a wire fence up it has to be at least 6 inch's on my property line. Stab in the dark, but I cant find anything about that one either.

I cannot get into that... I cam curios what the "fine" is since it was passed in 1977
