Just wanted to know if anyone has camped here?

I went down last weekend just to check it out and seems nice. I'm looking for primitive sites with facilities(for the women) that's quiet and somewhat secluded. Any thoughts?

yup, the boys and I have been there a few times, pretty nice. Beach is there for the kids to swim, plus you can go fishing if you like.

Have to agree I spent a lot of time in that area when I was at college and if you're not wanting to rough it in the Hoosier somewhere then Hardin Ridge is one of the nicer areas to camp.

We used to fish right off of the rock break wall all the time in college. Caught a significant number of bass and catfish.

Campgrounds are nice for a public camp and each site is a bit more secluded feeling than you get in any of the state park campgrounds.

    Definitely a good spot.

You can also reserve spots on some of the loops online.
