Wow! This interview was done 29 years ago. KGB propaganda officer describes the Soviet plan for Marxism to subvert and destroy the US. 14 minutes but well worth it. Scary how well he predicts and describes how the mindset of a people can be changed and what happens to them after. He also describes the only way to combat such subversion.

Great vid find. I've also seen this before, and most of us out here would agree that this is one of the greatest and worst realities that we see in everyday life. When you start doing things for yourself and others, it starts to become painfully apparent of how many other people don't.
We think that were so advanced and so civil, we don't even need guns.
These types of tactics have been in place for at least 100yrs in America, and thousands of years in Europe.

I wouldn't give the credit for the current state of the U.S. to the now defunct former Soviet Union. It's not some super secret sleeper agent that has been activated to subvert the country; we are our own worst enemy

I don't think that people are really attributing our current state directly to the USSR, rather the insidious nature of Marxism. You're right, we are doing this to ourselves. That was the point that the video made. We don't need the KGB or the USSR or China...all we need are Americans of weak will and indoctrination.

Discussing the novel Fahrenheit 451 today in class, and during discussion of how the United States got to such an unintelligent and mass media obsessed nanny state in the novel I brought up this video. Raised some good talking points. A shame most students don't pay enough attention to realize what is happening all around them.
