Having trouble leaving feedback

So I meet a guy today and purchase an item he had listed. Very smooth transaction. I want to leave positive feedback for him but I am having trouble leaving feedback. Keeps stopping me with the message about the dead url.
Ive been through all the faq I can find to no avail. Can someone point me to a tutorial. Thanks

Finally got it. Maybe it was an issue with using an iPad instead of a PC. I had to copy and paste the URL. I thought it was supposed to auto fill.

If the other person leaves feed back first, there is what looks like a little piece of yellow paper you can click and it will auto fill.
