There seems to be a lot of valid concerns being discussed on the reform and forcing of a National Health Care Program for the residents of the U.S.
(notice I did not say citizens)

An issue that I have not read about is the actual cost of treatment.

My point being a 3-day stay in Hospital w/leg surgery, $78,000.00
self administered Tylenol cost $ 42.00, three times a day.
(handed to me in small plastic cup)
No topless massage, no beer and pizza, and no relaxing sleep.

CT scan on my abdomen, admission & paperwork required 20 minutes,
the scan 15 minutes, cost of $3,800.00

Now, my opinion is lets fix the over inflated cost of treatment first.

We are lucky to be living in the U.S., we have great Medical Facilities with great staff available to us 24 hours a day. This does come at a price.

But, come on, if your not sick when you leave,
you will be when you start getting your bills.

When I received my bills, I called and questioned them only to be told that I was expected to pay for the patient that had no coverage.

Wait, no one is making my house payment, the guy behind me at the gas pump was not forced to pay for mine.

Our leaders need to get a grip on whats being charged for treatment first.

They want to impose National Health Care on us and we are to pay for it,

Then we should have a voice in whats considered a fair price for treatment.
