I am really loving it so far. I go down to Liberty often to go to Whitewater state park and to the Quakertown shooting range.Welcome! My wife and I moved to Indiana in 1999 and have never looked back - great state. We split our time between Carmel and Liberty (just south of Richmond). Lots to learn from in this forum - lots of good people. Just accept that people will say what they will and don't take any of it too seriously.

I spent the better part of 4 years in "Beautiful Beaufort down by the sea".Hello I moved to Richmond, Indiana back over the summer from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I’m looking forward to learning more about this state and all its outdoor recreation opportunities. I enjoy collecting and shooting all different types of firearms and interacting with like minded people.
I agree with you on the hospitality here. Most everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful except for the BMV…. lol. Even they weren’t so bad.I spent the better part of 4 years in "Beautiful Beaufort down by the sea".
I was not thoroughly impressed.
I had short hair and wore a tree suit most of the time.
Lived on and off base at different times M.C.A.S. Beaufort.
Loved the countryside but hated the humidity.
The people around the air station could take some lessons from Hoosiers in hospitality.
