Read a few threads, always a good source of information and reference. Live in the Speedway area. I'm an Open Carrier, and I like food. I've had my pistol for nearly a year, and whilst I have the safety basics down, my aim isn't the best over 10 feet. Here I am so I can post and learn from some more experienced guys and gals. *waves*

Welcome to INGO. You might want to invest in some proper training before you ingrain too many bad habits and then practice what you learn. There are a number of good trainers in the area.

Yeah, that will be the plan eventually. As far as bad habits, I might or might not have them (most likely have a few, but not a large amount). I don't flinch at the gunshot, but I might try and brace for the recoil sometimes. I'm more afraid of my trigger pulls than anything, i.e. doing it wrong.
