Hello,
I found this site today and have obviously joined up. I have browsed through some of the forum and find it to be very well put together and the members here to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Hopefully I will be able to contribute from time to time.
A bit about myself: I grew up in southern Indiana. The first weapon I ever fired was a 10 guage shotgun at the age of 10. My step-father figured it would get me over any fears I might have of guns if I was knocked down with the big boy before I got to shoot the 20 guage. I think it worked.
I have been in two branches of the military - a short stint in the Army Reserves and 6 years in the Navy. After the Navy I went home to southern Indiana but have now moved to Indianapolis.
The two weapons that get most of my attention right now are my Rock Island Arms .45 and my Commando Mark 45 (thompson look-a-like that shoots very well).
Well, that is a short into of myself. Now back to going through the forum.
Thank you,
Lynn Smith
