    that the guy getting his moped stolen should have pulled his gun much sooner. I would have by no means given that guy that much time pointing that gun at me. He got shot in the leg right? then would be a good time to pull the gun and shoot back also.

    Definitely don't see why it took him so long to pull his gun.

    Read the article. He was afraid that if he reached for it, the BG would have shot him. Considering how the BG was acting, I don't blame him. Needs to practice, I guess.

    Why didn't any of the other people who were there take any action?
