    Ok, i'm not to keen on surplus rifles but my buddy sent this picture and needs help figuring out what it is. At this time this is the only picture I have and no information on markings or anything else. I know the surplus junkies on here will figure it out. Thanks in advance!

    It appears to be missing the magazine by the way. The 7.62 NATO Argentine ones had a detachable mag, the rest were somewhat fixed.

    Yep, Argentine where upgraded by FN to 20 detachables, while all others where 10 round semi fixed. There was even an option to upgrade these to full auto (AFN49) but with only a 10 round mag it was a silly option.
