Help-Need a 45acp 200gr lrnfp over Clays recipe

I've looked and all I find is LSWC in 200gr or 230gr loads.
Any help would be great.

I've never shot FPs. For 200 gr RN I use the same 4.3-4.5 gr load as I use for my normal 200 gr LSWC. 1.25 AOL.

I load:

-Indiana Bullet Company 200gr LRNFP
-3.9gr Clays
-1.182" OAL
-Mixed brass
-CCI LP primers

They shoot soft and are very accurate with no smoke...they cycle a 19lb 1911 recoil spring just fine.
Load them longer and they actually shoot better, but the crimp groove becomes uncovered.

If you want more accurate though try 4.1gr Green Dot....dirty...but will stack bullets on top of each other.
