    Get fired up! Did you get out there and run today?!

    I pushed out a 4 mile run this evening. My goal was 28:00, and finished in 26:40 wearing a pair of Brooks adrenaline GTS 14's. I also incorporated a variety of core exercises into my workout routine such as planks, side planks, wipers, supermans and weighted incline sit ups that have really improved my running game over the past few weeks.

    Today my mile splits were:
    7:02 min / mile
    6:40 min / mile
    6:27 min / mile
    6:31 min / mile

    Easy day!

    Get out there, it's an awesome day to go for a run!

    90 minutes of running/sprinting yesterday playing soccer. Man, that was the nastiest I've felt playing soccer in years. The humidity made it feel like you were breathing through cloth. It's bad when I could actually wring out my jersey. I was soaked. My hands were all wrinkled like I was in the bath too long from sweat.
