Welcome. The company I worked for, now merged with another, used to tie up crawfish for a month with a crawfish boil in New Orleans. Usually 5,000 pounds of it. Gone now with the merger. People came from all over the country for it. I miss it.
Hello, been to the big easy a few times. Love the atmosphere and food in the quarter. Love the people (for the most part) in the wards. Did three mission trips rebuilding with Samaritans purse in 2009 & 2010. I want some fried gator now.
